Will I have Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) for life?

I'm often asked by patients will have this disease, rheumatoid arthritis for life. Many years ago we used to say yes, but nowadays we have very many good therapies and we have put many patients into clinical remission as well as drug-free remission. I think the future is very rosy for RA patients.
