Dr. Michele Meltzer, MD, joined the staff of Thomas Jefferson University in 2007. She is currently working with ILAR (International League of Associations for Rheumatology) East Africa to improve opportunities to learn about rheumatic disease in Africa as well as India. She has been active in rheumatology professional societies including the Philadelphia Rheumatism Society and the American College of Rheumatology.
